Vacation Club opens up 22 more villas on St. Kitts
BASSETERRRE, ST. KITTS, DECEMBER 22ND 2008 (CUOPM) -
Marriott Vacation Club International (MVCI), the
vacation ownership division of Marriott International, Inc. has announced the
third phase opening of Marriott’s St. Kitts Beach Club at Frigate Bay, St.
Kitts.
The new phase involves an additional 22 two- and three-bedroom villas to the
vacation property expansion located on the property with the St. Kitts Marriott
Resort & The Royal Beach Casino. It’s in addition to the resort’s 44
existing two- and three-bedroom villas, the new villas and brings to 66 out of a
proposed 88 villas upon completion, and range from 1,400 to 2,089 square feet.

development-oriented master plan for City of Basseterre presented to Cabinet

– A US$3 billion
development-oriented master plan for the development of the coastal section of
the city of Basseterre was presented to Cabinet on Monday.
According to Minister of State for Information, Sen. the Hon. Nigel Carty,
Cabinet received an update from an international development group, regarding
the group’s investment plan to expand and develop the coastal section of the
city of Basseterre. |

doors officially open on Tuesday.
